Food is at the heart of our lives: every meal and every consumption choice reflect global issues such as sustainability, health, and ethics. It is a tangible and essential industry that impacts both our daily lives and the larger economic and environmental dynamics. More than just a sector, food is a source of human and cultural experiences that shape our society.
