Stéphanie hosts a series of workshops designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the art world. An art historian, archaeologist, and art consultant, she is also a qualified expert in antiques and art dealing.
She possesses dual expertise in both historical and contemporary art.

Art & Real Estate: Creating Value in New Ways
In this session, we will explore how art can contribute to creating value within a space, engaging in a dialogue with the architecture, the project’s identity, and the user experience.
Beyond aesthetics, integrating art raises strategic, cultural, and emotional considerations: How do you select the artworks? How do you integrate them into a project? And how can they help forge a strong identity for a space while enhancing its value?
An opportunity for dialogue bridging real estate, architecture, investment, and art, opening up new perspectives on how we design and add value to spaces.

The speakers
Stéphanie Breydel de Groeninghe
Art historian, Art consultant & Co-Founder Ts'ARTHolder of a diploma as an expert antique dealer and art trader, she has dual expertise in both ancient and contemporary art. She collaborated with gallery owners before joining AXA Art, and later Hiscox, for Private Clients and Art across Europe.
In these different positions, Stéphanie has organized numerous private and public events as well as numerous guided tours for companies and their clients during major international art fairs.
It also supports Family Offices and international private banks in order to offer a service to their private clients in the support and management of their collection.
