Arnaud Lambert has been at the intersection of IT and business throughout his career.
After obtaining a master’s degree in management at the Louvain School of Management in Belgium, he began his career in 1994 at Procter&Gamble, first in marketing in Belgium, then at the European headquarters in charge of logistics systems for the EMEA region.

In 1998, Arnaud moved to Luxembourg to join Cargolux where he held several management positions within the IT division. His mission was to leverage IT to support the company’s commercial strategy. In 2004, he was part of the founding core team of CHAMP Cargosystems, a spin-off of Cargolux’IT, where he held multiple responsibilities including customer service management, development and IT operations.

In 2015, Arnaud became CEO of CHAMP (, leading the company to become a leading provider of SaaS software solutions for the air cargo industry, overseeing 500 colleagues across 7 offices across the world. In October 2020, Arnaud joined the board of directors of LuxProvide, the national supercomputer of Luxembourg as an independent director, bringing his extensive go-to-market experience.

In January 2021, Arnaud joined Luxinnovation, the Luxembourg national innovation agency, as director of the Digital Innovation Hub ( aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of the industry. His role expanded in 2022, to oversee the entire digital transformation department, including the national competence in high performance computing ( and Gaia-x (

In October 2023, Arnaud was invited to lead LuxProvide as CEO to take the company to the next level of impact for business, research and the public sector.
