Michèle Detaille began her political career in the early 1980s. In 1988, she shifted to the business world, taking on the role of Commercial Director at Accor Services Benelux. In 1996, she took over No-Nail Boxes, which she still manages today, and developed the ALIPA Group, a collection of SMEs active in packaging, industrial logistics, and handling. A former board member of the Catholic University of Louvain and Honorary Regent of the National Bank of Belgium, she also serves as a board member of Luxempart. In April 2019, she became the first non-Luxembourgish woman elected President of FEDIL, a position she held until April 2024.

In 2020, she was named the “most influential economic personality in Luxembourg” by Paperjam Magazine.
In 2021, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Luxembourg, and in 2022, she became an independent director at HLD Associés Europe.

Through the creation of the Real Estate division, Anne Toledano’s mission is to develop a comprehensive range of real estate investment, advisory, and financing solutions for Indosuez clients worldwide, drawing on the expertise of the Crédit Agricole group in real estate and responsible finance.

Anne Toledano joined Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in 2004 as Head of Real Estate Financing in Paris. Between 2013 and 2018, she held the position of Head of Real Estate activities at the bank in London before returning to Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in Paris as an Advisory Banker.
Anne is also a member of the Cercle des Femmes de l’Immobilier (Women’s Real Estate Circle).

Anne holds degrees from École Centrale de Lyon and Columbia Business School.

With over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, Christophe Nadal has gained an in-depth understanding of all issues related to real estate investment and value creation. His experience has also allowed him to build a vast network of key partners and investors.

This seasoned entrepreneur holds a degree in real estate management with a specialization in asset management, as well as many years of experience with major European funds.

He notably co-founded and co-led the real estate fund Mercureim EF1 and the Everest One, Buildim & Ocity Funds, subsidiaries of MIMCO Capital, where he serves as a director and member of the investment committee. He also co-founded MIMCO AM, the French portfolio management company accredited under the AIFM directive by the AMF.

With expertise in consulting and transactional real estate, Tehdi has accumulated over 10 years of experience in Brussels, Paris, and Luxembourg before joining INOWAI in 2015. Since 2021, he has served as COO, overseeing business development and organizational coordination at INOWAI.

As a member of the Executive Committee, Tehdi leverages his professional experience from major groups to guide INOWAI’s commercial strategy. He also leads the Capital Markets department and plays a central role as the main point of contact for key clients. Tehdi supports developers, promoters, investors, and users in their real estate projects.

Tehdi, the driving force behind the CX HUB at INOWAI, actively contributes to the company’s growth, with a particular focus on enhancing the customer experience.
