B17 Leadership Lunch with Servipay: “The economy around Luxembourg’s terraces”
Alderman of the City of Luxembourg
Marketing Director – Servipay
Deputy Director – Servipay
Founder – Servipay
Founder – Bazaar
At a time when habits are evolving and city centers are being reinvented, terraces play a central role in Luxembourg’s urban economy. Far more than simple outdoor spaces, they are becoming true places of life, consumption, and experience.
Through this roundtable organized by Servipay, several key players in the sector will share their visions and expertise on issues related to payments, cash flow management, and the development of local tourism.
This discussion will highlight the strategic importance of terraces within the horeca ecosystem, particularly during peak season, when they can represent a significant share of revenue. The conversations will also address changing consumer behaviors, with terraces now emerging as mobile commerce environments, requiring increasingly seamless and adapted payment solutions.
Three complementary perspectives will enrich the debate: that of payment solutions, that of operators, and that of public stakeholders, offering a comprehensive and practical view of the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Bringing together speakers from Servipay, Bazaar, and the City of Luxembourg, this event will be an opportunity to explore current sector dynamics and anticipate future developments, in a privileged setting at the heart of the B17 Skyroom.
