B17 x AWC Art Expo Photos: “Shadows and Lights”

B17 and Art Work Circle are pleased to present two exhibitions in 2026 showcasing Luxembourgish and international artists.
This second exhibition will feature works by Jonas Byström, a Swedish photographer and avid traveler who documents the world around him, seeking to reveal the extraordinary in the ordinary and the beauty of the transient and the imperfect, in accordance with the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi.
To mark this exhibition, which will be presented at Tero House17 from September 10 to October 12, 2026, B17 is pleased to host an opening reception with the artist in attendance.

Jonas Byström
PhotographeFort d’une vie passée à l’étranger, notamment au Japon et sur l’île de Bornéo, Jonas Byström s’attache à documenter le monde qui l’entoure, cherchant à révéler l’extraordinaire dans l’ordinaire ainsi que la beauté du transitoire et de l’imparfait, selon l’esthétique japonaise du wabi-sabi.
Depuis 2017, le photographe suédois est également éditeur indépendant et a déjà publié cinq livres de photographie, dont Winter White, qui célèbre le Luxembourg sous la neige dans une démarche de sensibilisation au réchauffement climatique.
